Looking to Form Acoustic Rock Duo or Group

I'm 29M guitarist / bassist.

I'm used to doing Pop Punk / Punk Rock / Emo / Nerdcore and I'm looking to start a casual acoustic or group for occasional gigs or open mics.

(This Can potentially grow into a proper band Down the line)

I'm thinking covers but I am a songwriter so we can do either, you can throw ideas at me.
