Chilled Covers Band

Hello!

My name's Mark, I'm 31 and would love to get a chilled covers band together but not looking to play originals.

I'd like to aim to play songs that are in the sweet spot of not being overplayed to death but also not so obscure that no-one would know them.

I just want to enjoy playing live music again and hopefully meet some new people, maybe with the aim to get a regular spot at a music pub or some busking etc.

I play guitar to a pretty decent standard, I don't have a formal music background but with practice I can play relatively complex stuff. I tend to play more acoustic and fingerstyle.

Happy to play with any instrument but maybe not absolute beginners. If you can sing that would be a huge bonus as I'm passable backing vocals at best.

I'm based in Surrey Quays but would be willing to travel within central London.
