Female backing vocalist wanted - possibly instrumentalist
The Soul Shebang is an 8-piece Leeds based soul band with a brass section and an amazing female singer.
I say 8 piece but we are currently 7 strong having recently parted company with our backing singer and we are seeking a direct replacement.
We are looking for a female voice. We are very open to the idea that our new member play an instrument too - keys/guitar/brass/percussion, although that is not a requirement. There is also scope to sing a song or two as lead, help craft the harmonies and shape the set.
As an 8 piece we can't pretend it's lucrative at the moment but we make a great noise and have a great time in the process. If you're interested let me know and I can fill you in with further and better particulars. We rehearse on Tuesdays in Leeds.
