I have suffered with many mental health problems throughout this lifetime and the one thing that has universally helped me to cope and escape the chaos inside of my mind has been music.

Singing a 3 or 4 minute song would bring me 3 or 4 minutes of peace.

I have 5 or 6 original songs that I would like to begin performing live and feel like I could do with some support along the way, as I've never really motivated myself to do it on my own.
