Musicians wanted for interesting and promising new project

I'm looking at getting something started! I have 2 album's worth of strong songs ready to go.

One album is kind of a melting pot of Folk-rock / Americana / Rhythm and Blues / Country Soul / Rock & Roll

The other is more psychedlic / baroque pop.

A real groove would be important. Musicians into arranging a song well, cool licks and hooks - not endless solos, harmonies. Lots of energy and dynamics, a fun live experience.

Influences: I'm into most kinds of music The Band / Dylan / Richard & Linda Thompson / The Felice Brothers / Wilco / Van Morrison / Carole King / Staple Singers / Buddy Holly / Little Feat / M Ward / Dr John / Dion / Drive-by Truckers / Booker T & the MGs / Jayhawks / Alabama Shakes / Big Thief / Mercury Rev / Beach Boys / Beatles / The Doors / Left Banke etc

I'm Dublin-based, in my 40s and play rhythm guitar, sing and write. Would like this to be successful as well as fun, so I am looking for people who are good, experienced players (live and studio) and who are keen and ambitious to do something worthwhile.

I'd say weekly evening rehearsals (Dublin). Some members could potentially be a more part-time thing - BV / strings / brass / woodwind etc. Open to any instruments that would work with the above. Think a good keys player would be important, a funky rhythm section, and a tasteful lead guitarist.

People who can cover a few instruments and/or sing = amazing. The initial plan would be to rehearse and record an album and then to gig it, ideally also abroad if things go well.
