Sound Guy / Roadie Needed

We are a 3 piece Rock covers band playing occasional pub and club gigs 1 a month maybe Our bass player has buggered his back and we are struggling to set up pull down. Looking for someone who can help unload set up a simple PA and run the sound them help pull down. No gear to transport just hands and ears required lol
