Experimental/dream pop singer
Looking for Singer. A kind of post-rock/psych gaze project with plenty of electronic influences and hypnotic drones whether more acid-rock type drones, faster krautrock or very ambient. Thinking vocally along the lines of Mazzy Star, Bowery Electric (first 2 albums), Just Mustard, Big Brave, Landing, Anna von Hausswolf.
Currently a duo of drums and guitar. We use a lot of loops and have a improvisation as a major part of it. Would be interesting to see how it could develop as we are trying to stay away from song structure and keep the spontaneity but a singer could also write or be more improvised. (I have a few more structured piano songs hanging around) I play guitar/bass/piano/cello but mostly guitar in this, and definitely a plus if you play keys or bass too. The drummer does a bit of synth and sampler too. In our 30s and 40s respectively. The current project hasn't made a demo yet but I have previously played around Bristol/London with some previous projects.
