Bass Player wanted for Indie/Britpop originals band 'Payola'
We are Payola, an Indie/Britpop originals band seeking a Bass Player to complete our lineup. We were formed in January this year and have a full set of songs written and ready to go.
We released our debut single 'Born Out Of Frustration' on 30th Aug and we are booked in to record the follow up at the end of October. Our four members are between 32 45 and age is nothing but a number as long as you are into the music and are reliable. Rehearsals take place at Banana Road Studios in Erith (near Dartford) every fortnight.
Influences are; Beatles, Stones, Oasis, Stone Roses, Charlatans, Small Faces, Kinks, The Jam, Arctic Monkeys, Libertines, Weller, Led Zeppelin, Pulp, The Who, The Clash, Bowie, Sex Pistols, Bluetones, T-Rex etc.
