Looking to form a band

Me and my mate are currently in college and we're both wanting to form a band outside of college we both play guitar. We just need a bassist and a drummer I'm 17 and he's 16. My influences are The Beatles, Oasis, The Stone Roses, The Strokes and Arctic Monkeys, his influences are Green Day, Metallica, Oasis, Van Halen and The Ramones.
