Yo,

I'm a 23 year old guy who has plenty of musical ambitions but struggling to connect with the right people. I do play guitar but when it comes to live settings, I would prefer to take my place as a vocalist as I believe I have a very eccentric, energetic and intense presence that can make ourselves stand out at gigs. I consider my vocal style to be quite versatile, alternating between raps, shouts, growls and the odd bit of melody.

Ideas often change and develop in my head by the day but at this moment in time, I'm looking to fuse elements of alternative/nu metal, progressive rock and post-punk (i.e. downtuned guitars, eclectic vocals, uncommon time signatures, wide range of dynamics, prominent bass tone). If you're looking to do generic blues/indie/pop-rock, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. I have absolutely no interest in doing Arctic Monkeys or Oasis covers.

My musical influences are incredibly varied from folk, jazz, post-rock, hip-hop, punk, prog and metal but for the purposes of this project I have in mind, my main influences would have to be:

Deftones, System of a Down, Faith No More, Rage Against the Machine, The Jesus Lizard, At the Drive-In, Incubus, Enter Shikari, Queens of the Stone Age, Beastie Boys, Death Grips, Beck, The Smiths, Joy Division, Pink Floyd, Tool, Oceansize, Korn amongst many others.

I would like to meet a group of people (ideally based around Flintshire, Chester or Wrexham) who can match and compliment the aura that I give off both within music and socially. I'm quite introverted and shy initially, but once I get going, I believe that there are no boundaries to what can be created.

I look forward to hearing from you if you're interested and want to know more!
