Looking for people to jam with 30+

Looking to make some fun noise with some people, open to styles, but wanting to jam some original stuff. If they turn into songs great, if not, that's cool too.

I play guitar mainly but can swap to bass or drums if need be. I have a young family, so not looking for long sessions or anything too involved, more just finding some musical connection and outlet.

I'm 38, been playing a long time, love all-sorts from blues, indie, instrumental, metal. Open to all instruments
