Doom/stoner/sludge band looking for vocalist try outs
Hey!
Hampshire based Doom/stoner/sludge band here looking to try out some vocalists just to test the waters to see if it's something we want to pursue for future tracks.
Our first EP is entirely instrumental minus a few sample tracks for effects.
Pretty laid back project, at time primarily just a studio project but open to play the odd show now and then (life commitments etc mean it'd be easier if you are chill with a laid back project approach!)
Style of vocals we are looking for would be similar to Conan, Weedeater, A Horse Called War, Hell (the doom band that is), Eyehategod, Electric Wizard. Cleans are fine as well in the right context, something along the lines of Sleeps Dopesmoker onward, however a more aggressive approach would fit best.
Rehearsing wise we are all based mainly in Farnborough so our local is the Rooms Rehearsal Studios.
100% bonus points if you have the ability to record vocals at home.
