Established band seeking Guitar Player

Re:O is an established Metal x Dark Pop band based in Maidenhead, Berkshire is seeking a guitarist to join us.

Re:O has an established fanbase and has been setting waves in the J Rock, J Metal and J Pop scenes within London and the wider alternative community internationally. Re:O is described by fans as ‘Japancore’ a blend of J Pop, Dark Pop, Industrial Metal and Metalcore. Re:O is regularly gigging in London and outside of London with shows in 2025 every month booked until July.

We are looking for guitarists who is dedicated, can commit to regular practice / writing sessions in Maidenhead and are proficient in Digital effect systems and experimental pedal multi effects as these are crucial for the established sound and style the guitar brings to our music.

Required:

Own transport and high quality equipment including IEMs

Must be able to play to a click track

Escentric stage presence and live show experience

Professionalism - Good communication skills, Contribute to and provide opinions on new music being developed via online and in person sessions.

Dedication - This is an established band with a fanbase and two albums worth of material ready for recording. We have plans and aspirations to continue to develop the band musically and as a business. Willingness to be involved in providing social media content and promotional material.

Adaptability and ability to interpret the compositions and bring your own flare to upcoming singles whilst being true to the source material provided.

Age 28+

If successful you would be required to financially contribute to the project such as splitting of recording costs, merchandise, PR, marketing and travel costs etc.
