drums needed for established soul/funk/blues band
Established amatuer band needs new drummer. Lineup includes singers, horns, full rhythm section. Rep includes songs and instrumentals from 70's up to contemporary. Rehearsals typically monthly or fortnightly in London on weekends, gigs approx once or twice a quarter.
You need to be competent at playing all kinds of 1/16th patterns, sensitive to adapting your volume levels to suit the material, and have a good feel for locking in with the rest of the rhythm section.
