Prog/Alt Rock Band - in the vein of Porcupine Tree, Anathema

Hello! I'm a (fairly amateur, and very rusty) guitarist and songwriter/vocalist, looking to form a prog/alt-rock band (with metal, post-rock and trip-hop elements) probably in the Exeter area... along the lines of Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, Anathema, Riverside, Pineapple Thief, iamthemorning, Oceansize, Tool, NIN, Bjork, Sigur Ros, etc. 😊 I'm currently studying (for a PhD) and teach at the uni - but anyone, of any age or background, with sufficiently overlapping taste would be welcome! Female vocals would be especially cool. Just hoping to meet some like-minded musicians, have fun, record some stuff (I have a lot of old songs floating around and would love to collaborate on writing new material), and maybe do some small gigs.
