Female singer-songwriter needs promotions help!

Hi, as above, I am recording various demos currently, exploring different styles with the aim to find my 'sound'. All very exciting etc., however, at some point, I shall need help promoting the finished music. I am not good with social media, time constraints etc. If anyone can help - amazing.
