Alt rock band (NW London) - looking for a bassist in 20s

Hi, I'm looking for a bassist who uses a pick and is in their 20s to form an band with me. The band would be based in the North West London area, most likely around the Willesden area.

I play guitar as well as singing and writing the lyrics, and I know someone who can fill in on drums, but I want to form a band with someone who I can get on with and who'd be able to commit to the band long-term over a number of years without leaving. It wouldn't be full time to start off with, but hopefully we'd be able to rehearse once or twice weekly and perform and record regularly.

Some of my influences include the Pixies, Placebo, R.E.M., Buzzcocks, Adolescents, Black Flag, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Mark Lanegan and the Stereophonics among others, while my main influences are the Manic Street Preachers, Nirvana and Queens Of The Stone Age.
