Singer and Bassist needed for functions band

Hi my name's Patrick, Nice to meet you! 😊

I'm a guitarist based in Bognor Regis and I looking for a singer and bassist to start a professional functions band. I'm 27 years old and I've been playing for over 15 years. Teaching, playing shows and playing on recording sessions.

The goals for the band are:

1, To have a solid setlist so we can play shows at a moments notice.

2. To join an agency(s) to secure high paying gigs.

3. To build a strong social media presence and to have professional videos made to send to clients.

The ultimate outcome for gig schedule would be playing a minimum of 4 shows a month.

ALL MEMBERS OF THE BAND MUST HAVE:

1 Your own equipment that must be PAT tested (you are responsible for the reliability of your own equipment)

2 Be fully insured by a company such as Musicians' Union.

Lastly I believe in complete transparency and fairness when it comes to pay.

As a 4 piece band we WILL receive 25% each of all the money made by the band.

This includes:

1 Show money

2 Tips

3 Social media profits from the band page. (Ad sense)

4 Crowd Funding

Any advertisements, studio costs, video edits and promotional materials must be funded at 25% each ( ie Promo Video shoot costs £400 each band member contributes £100)

In the same way the pay must be split fairly, any costs to aid the bands growth must be equally shared.

Please show up to rehearsals on time and it is a must that we arrive at venues 2 HOURS before the stage time. (gig start at 7pm, we arrive at 5pm) This is to give us plenty of time to unload, set up and soundcheck before we start to play.

IT IS A MUST that you are Clean and Sober while on the job.
