Guitarist looking for people to jam with / maybe start band
Guitarist looking to hang out and jam, preferably with a view to forming a band. I live in Melton Mowbray and am 43.
Mostly play acoustic but happy to also play electric (I own both types of guitar)
Into folk, grunge and country rock. I've done a few open mic nights in the past and written a handful of original songs, but happy to do a combination of originals and covers.
Main influences are Neil Young (and Crazy Horse), J Mascis/Dinosaur Jr, Gene Clark, Eddie Vedder/Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, The Byrds, REM, Dylan, Pixies, Chris Cornell, Springsteen, Gram Parsons, Johnny Cash, Sonic Youth, The Breeders, Thurston Moore, and of course the list goes on and on....
