The Specials Tribute Band

I am on the look out for pro musicians to join a full replicate line up tribute to The Specials.

The musts -

• aged 20’s - 30’s (we are all this age and it’s important for our appearance to be consistent)

• The Specials are a multicultural band and we are also wanting to replicate this too so are specificity looking for black & white musicians.

• You must play to a pro level, have transport to and from shows and have availability for at least 15 date UK tour plus other shows and private bookings.

Over the last 10 years our band as played shows up and down the country to 1000’s of people. We have shared the stage with various original members of The Specials too and have an extremely good following on social media with 30,000 Facebook followers alone.

Due to other projects, personal commitments It’s been a year since our last show and we’re now ready to jump into rehearsals.

We have made the decision to revamp the line up to more of a pro level rather than hobby musicians.

The key musicians we have remaining are both lead vocals (Terry Hall & Neville Staple) lead guitar (Roddy Radiation) & our horn section.

Therefore we’re seeking amthe following to join us.

*Drummer* (John Bradbury) white male

*Rhythm Guitarist (Lynval Goulding) black male

*Organ/keys* (Jerry Dammers) white male

*Bass* (Horace Panter) white male (possibly now filled)

I have a huge circle of musicians however this time round I wanted to put a post out and find someone new, someone fresh who really want to get involved.

If you think you have what it take, can dress to looking a little like your member and more importantly sound like them then drop a comment on here with what you play and I’ll message you.

We plan a theatre tour around the UK so good fee’s available but would be great to also have a ‘get stuck in attitude’ whilst the new line up grows.
