R.E.M. Tribute Band, any interest?

30 years old looking to start a new R.E.M. tribute band, any takers? Would like to start for fun but hopefully progress to making a good bit of money out of it, put on a proper show with outfits and all.

I can play drums (Bill Berry), Guitar (Peter Buck) or Bass (Mike Mills) so happy to accommodate around other interested players. Can practice as often or not-so-often as needed. Obviously looking for somebody to fill the Michael Stipe role too. Big boots to fill!
