Male Vocalist Wanted - Soul, Motown and Disco

We are looking for a front man who has charisma and can read and engage with an audience and above all sing!

We are a soul, Motown and disco covers band. We play songs from Otis Redding, The Temptations, Sam and Dave, James Brown, Earth Wind and Fire, Jackie Wilson, some songs from the Blues Bros to name but a few.

The line up is 9 piece, 2 x saxes, trumpet, bass, lead guitar, keys, drums and 2 x lead vocals. We are self contained with PA and full lighting rig. An engineer comes with us to mix sound and run lighting. We are a professional outfit and concentrate on quality gigs such as corporate and wedding functions so expect around 5-6 gigs a year. We normally rehearse at a private studio in south B'ham generally on a Wednesday evening about once a month but expect to rehearse a little more than that until we can get everything up to speed.

Gigs are generally Midlands located but occasionally we will travel further afield.

Since Covid we have been struggling to get everything back on track but with renewed incentive everyone is pulling together.
