Indie bassist and keys player looking for musicians
Hey I'm 22m amateur musician who's been 1 indie covers band before and working part time in the Notts area. Lucky enough to have more free time than usual and looking for anyone who fancies jamming, coming up with originals, maybe playing open mics on a relaxed albeit enthusiastic basis and seeing what happens.
I've played piano since I was 8 and bass (self taught) since I was 14, can also play percussive, relatively simple open tuning stuff on the guitar. I understand music theory pretty well and can jam in any key etcetera. On bass I'm good at indie covers like 2 door cinema club/1975 but up for playing more or less anything.
My inspo comes from a few places: indie rock like foals and wunderhorse, indie folk like Ben Howard, Fleet Foxes and Big Thief and also electronic/ambient like Tourist/Tycho.
