Progressive rock metal folk sought for band.

Hi, after many years of not being in bands I'd like to start a new one. I'm very much into acts like Soundgarden, and also heavier progressive stuff (and extreme metal) and would like to meet people who enjoy creating this type of music.

This will be on a fairly relaxed level as I'm a settled 49 year old whose days of getting hammered until one in the morning are over!

If you're roundabout my age, probably have a fair amount of life commitments, but fancy writing and finally gigging heavy progressive rock/metal without pressure or stress then please dm me.

Oh, I'm a guitar player but am now also learning bass, so I'm more than happy to fulfil the role as bassist.

I'm based in Brighton.

Here's a small list of the bands I like- Soundgarden, Wilderun, Death, Carcass, Cathedral, Afghan Whigs, Pearl Jam, Anciients, Haishen, Haken, Obsidian Tide.
