Large 25y Guitarist seeks collaborators or band of any size.
Primarily electric guitar player, halfway competent with acoustic and bass and ukulele, slowly learning to play keys, willing to give anything a go. Have sung live in the past (badly) and am a competent songwriter, especially lyrically.
Favourite artists include Billy Bragg, Ezra Furman, Yard Act, Pinky Floyd and Robbie Williams.
Looking to make music where a sense of charm and individuality masks a lack of actual talent, as such, open to basically any genre where I might get to use a fuzz pedal and bend one note for a really long time instead of actually playing a solo, from indie rock to doom.
Would be keen to meet some musicians in their 20s and form a band with a prior collaborator (especially seeking drummers) or to attempt to slot in to an existing band, perhaps filling the void your frontperson left to pursue a more fulfilling and financially rewarding career licking moss from pond stones.
Rather tall, broad, and fruity. Aroma generally tolerable, knowledgeable in subjects from steam locomotives to mid-century dystopian literature and all in between, explicitly queer friendly, more or less house trained, an oily rag classic.
When I say large in the heading, I mean physically large, not successful!
