LEAD SINGER wanted now, for SOUL/MOTOWN BAND (Darlington)
LEAD SINGER NEEDED with experience and confidence. Think you've got a SOULFUL and BLUESY voice? Fancy showcasing it, fronting a great “Commitments” style band that tries to recreate the fun and funky Soul and Motown sounds of the 60's and 70's? If so, come and join our group of 4 mature, proficient and friendly musos who are relaunching after a personnel change. We produce powerful and very danceable music from that era, which goes down a storm with audiences everywhere. Are you the one we're looking for? Rehearsals in Darlington every couple of weeks, with gigging to follow when back up to speed. (NOTE: We are not a regular weekly working functions band.)
