I would like to join a band, please!

I would like to be in a band (a metal band, if possible), I play guitar, and have been learning for a year and a half or so (I am self-taught) and I have a 7 string guitar, and I recently have started to write some lyrics, and I would like to have a band to make them into songs. I have been wanting to be in a band for a while, pretty much as soon as I started to pick up playing, and it would be amazing to be in a band! I am quite young, and my skills aren't the best, but I'm sure I can manage to make something decent up and do something everyone involved is happy with. (I will be open to ideas for what the songs shall sound like)

Also, more detail of what I have: 7 string jackson guitar, a distortion pedal, an amp (has reverb with it, so if needed I could do clean with reverb for slower/softer parts of songs, or whole songs) an acoustic guitar, and a really cheap 6 string.

I don't really have anywhere I can play, or practice other than my bedroom, but I could try finding somewhere else for practice.
