Guitarist and Bassist available for function and covers work
I am an accomplished 30 year old Guitarist (Grade 8 RGT & Rockschool, DipLCM) and intermediate Bass player from Chelmsford with strong BVs and harmonies. I also have great working knowledge of using and programming backing tracks for performance, playing to click and am very experienced in both studio and live work. I'm looking to work with a fun but professional band and would ideally like to play the following genres; disco, funk, soul, Motown, ska, reggae, rocksteady. Generally good availability to rehearse and I have a van (unfortunately as far from ULEZ as is possible, so can't drive beyond the M25). High end gear: Charvel/Fender guitars, Orange amps and tonnes of pedals to get the exact sound needed.
I'm not interested in playing massive guitar solos or being impressive beyond what the genre demands, very happy to sit back, play tastefully and contribute to a sonically polished product.
